POP3 Client configuration - OUTLOOK 2003
Go to Tools and select E-mail Accounts
Select the Add a new e-mail account option

 
Select the POP3 mail type
Configure your e-mail ID and password
Add POP3 and SMTP details
Click on the More Settings option

Select the Outgoing Server tab
Configure your e-mail ID and password
Under the Outgoing Server tab,
Check mark the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication

Click Finish and start using your Outlook - 2003.
